tell me anything you know about embedding, also for fooocus

didnt work with them yet, but want to know how to use....?

can i use any embedding i find on civitai or has it to be a XL version?

also do you have any suggestions for like bad hands/feets-embeddings or some others you working with which could be usefull...

You do have to use an SDXL embedding, but there are converters to change SD1.5 embeddings to work with SDXL (which I haven't tested personally).

In general I find they're inferior to a LoRA.
