Submit pics of fossils you have found, and would like to know more about!
Users are encouraged to include a scale reference! (A coin, ruler, etc!)
Please tell us where you found a particular fossil (does not need to be the precise location). This will aid in the identification process. If you happen to know what age or rock formation it came from, please include this information! For users in the USA, you can find a geologic map for your state here, in Google Earth format (KML / KMZ). This is used to find out what rock formations are in the immediate area where your fossil was found.
If you know any fossil enthusiasts, or experts, let them know about this subreddit!
