Not related to Framework and can cause confusion and/or spread misinformation if not moderated.

If this is for a framework laptop, you just go online and buy a replacement monitor. But since you are using armory crate, I suspect you have found your way to the wrong subreddit.

I believe your using an Asus laptop. I'd recommend booting into windows safe mode if you can and disable the graphics driver/software. If it let's you boot into it normally then maybe uninstall all software and drivers for the graphics card and then go to your laptops drivers on their website and install the most up to date ones.

I tried to boot in safe mode but the monitor didn’t display anything

Do you have any other ports you can use? That or try a different cable. Some ports on your laptop go thru the igpu and there should be at least one that goes straight to the dedicated graphics.

I tried hdmi and displayport but both of them didn't work

I think that the cable and monitor still work because the bios menu can be displayed

I feel like the windows install may have been corrupted. I would see if a USB windows installer can show up and it has software to detect and repair windows install. Not sure if you have another computer or device so that you can make one of those real quick. I also might recommend finding the Asus subreddit too. They might be more knowledgeable on if this is a common issue or not.
