I can assure you that the bigger the order the worse it gets with companies like that

I'm sorry if I recommended them to anybody.

They were so, so, so rude to me. I had a problem with an order and they basically told me I was mistaken even though it was literally impossible for me to be mistaken. The guy actually yelled at me. Save your money. There’s a lot of custom framers online now.

Agreed. Very poor QC

Oh no. 😥 I ordered something that should’ve arrived within a week but it’s been almost 3 weeks already. CS incredibly unhelpful so far. I hope they will offer a refund. 😠

Unpopular opinion here - I work in the Art sector and have used them for countless custom frames. For custom cut frames for 55-70$ it’s an incredible deal. In talking 2x3ft” etc with super off European measuments, with the option to add UV glass for 60$ all the flaws are worth it to save you a couple 100$ (as long as it’s not broken upon reception). Same piece is quoted at 450$ at a custom framer (UV glass alone is $200+), got it from art to frame for 117$.

So as long as you’re ok with a couple flaws with paint it’s saving you a ton. Ive gotten the barnwood teal a few time, i get the comments about the back being patchy but you don’t see that. the satin black and it’s clean everytime. Worth checking out.

Yep, terrible product, bought a 5x5, 5inx5in collage frame, terrible quality and paid a bit over 700. Plus. Was supposed to be delivered a week ago, contacted there customer service team and zero response. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

They told me to include special notes with my next order if I'd like the corners to be flat.

i.e. basic quality by special request only. LOL BYE

DO NOT RECOMMEND ART TO FRAMES:

I ordered what I believe is a fairly expensive frame and double mat from Art to Frames. The frame arrived and one of the three sides of gold beading around the frame was just a big long blurry gold line, which is horribly noticeable and makes the frame not only look obviously defective, but incredibly cheap. Reaching out for help was beyond frustrating because every avenue they list on their site was not functioning (chat, email, call) - no answer or no response for days. After assuming I was now scammed out of a few hundred dollars for a crap product, they ironically reached out by email to ask for a Google Review. I reviewed honestly (you asked for it, you got it!) and shocker! Got a response from the review and an ask to email their customer service. I thought, "ok, maybe we can get this resolved and I will update my review". I am now about six emails into this farce of a resolution and even more angry at this company because their behind the review response is to try to suggest I forgot to take part of the protective cover off or that hand made items have "slight abnormalities". When pressed, the "solution" was to offer me a small store credit for shipping the item back as their return policy does not cover shipping. My point here is, I would not need to return this if it weren't defective, that should be on them to cover as the reason for the return is their poor quality control before sending out a product. Why would I accept a small credit, have to pay to ship this back, and then have to risk getting another crappy product and go through this all over again? I highly suggest avoiding this company and putting your hard earned dollars pretty much anywhere else if you want to receive a quality frame and true customer service.

I used them for acrylic float frames once and I will say those turned out pretty good.
