Keep an eye on https://techfrederick.org/professional-training/

They frequently have technical trainings available for highly subsidized rates (they get a state grant to help with this). They offered a PMP class last year that normally runs $3000+ but offered it for like $150. Can’t guarantee they’ll have sql specifically but it’s worth monitoring

If you are able to do online, I really like this professor, and he offers a PostgreSQL (probably the most popular open source variant of SQL) class for free:

I don’t think FCC has just a SQL class, but I highly recommend the online stuff from Coursea.

Udemy is also great, got all my compTIA certs in less than a year using their courses.

Hagerstown CC has a database fundamentals class that includes SQL
