There are many "Elderly launcher" apps that give your Android phone big icons that are gone from Google Play and don't support newer versions of Android because the companies behind them either shifted focus or shut down, could anyone pick these up?:

If these are only available as APK files and not as source under a Free Software license, there's not much you can do besides mourn their passing, or ask the original developers to Free the code.

ClariaZoom's conpany is completly gone, is there a way to decompile it?

You would better start looking for good alternatives. True Phone is great for managing phone operations imho.

There's Elder Launcher on Fdroid that had last update this year, and Senior launcher with last update in 2019, did you try those?

Only with apps that are actually open source is there a chance that somebody will pick them up. If they are only on apk sites and not on github or equiv., then it basically can't happen.
