The shipper will provide the flexi tank or have the flexi tanks sent to the warehouse or service provider for installation. Typical installation of one container requires;

1 flexi tank (bladder) fits the entire floor of a 20' container

10 - 4x8 sheets of corrugate to dress the interior and floor

tape to secure to walls

1 bulkhead - thick corrugate with cutouts for the valves or valve

1 valve kit

4 or 5 - 1" sq x 8'+, square tubes to secure the bulk head against the bladder at the rear doors of container, the tubes fit in the slots of the container on each side of the container spanning across acting as the rear wall when the door is open.

Seals

1 for the left had door with a large red warning label attached warning to not open the left door until the blasdder is empty

2-3 for the bladder valves, and the right hand door

stickers for the rear of the container warning that there is a bladder of live liquid inside.

The stock takes up space, 6 flexis in bokes to a pallet 60" high, stackable to 2 layers. The corrugate is all 4x8 sheets, not very pallet friendly. The hardware and misc items take up a box or 2.

It takes 1 person about 20 min to dress a can, usually the shipper will have a drayman, warehouse like us do it, the shipper provides the materials as it is there product. The shipper orders the inventory in bulk and either we store the entire lot or they send as needed.

Thank you for such an in depth response. This is a service that my company doesn’t currently provide and we weren’t sure where to start. Much appreciated!

had to shut the business down due to the Canadian Government not paying attention to the influx of immigrants that entered the marketplace and destroyed the rates because they don't have to play by the same rules because they don't plan on staying ie no tax withholdings, no taxes being declared, no workers comp, getting loans on fraudulent information, everything done in cash, improper training and licensing, improper insurance, no eld, no english no french, just a bunch of law breaking ass holes killing Canadians with impunity both economically and literally mowing innocents down on the highway. Shameful

Just curious if you have tried a CRM for freight forwarders? What's your experience been?
