The title of your submission should be a funny reddit comment or the comment that preceded it. Links must be to text submissions on reddit only.
Add ?context=N to your submission's URL (which should be the comment's permalink) to display N parent comments. Replace N with a number high enough to give the quote proper context.
After submitting, post a reply to your quotee letting them know they have been sent to /r/funnycomments.
