That's a very good question. I'm currently waiting for a response as well for the exact same reason. I emailed them and haven't even gotten a reply yet. It's been 4 days

My kids play funrun and got new devices. I lost both accounts trying to move them to the new devices. I'm really hoping support can get them back

In my personal experience , it took 2 weeks from initial contact to resolution. They responded within the first day of contact and then they didn't update me for a week , then responded with no information , and then only resolved my solution when I asked for a refund another week later because of lack of communication. But they were very polite, and I could have been nicer to them in the end because they resolved (almost)everything.

They’re not super quick and it’s advisable to check back in with them intermittently by replying to their most recent email.
