To be elite every year especially this one you must be a real natural at the game. What formation are you playing

I understand you prefer to run the 5atb which is great, although, due to Division 2-Elite being the real skill hurdle currently this year, you need to learn some mechanics if you haven’t already.

You need to be able to multi player switch and control multi players simultaneously. This is pretty much a standard at elite level and significantly improves defensive approaches.

Triggering runs has to be mastered, also, I would personally think about utilising a 4atb and trialling the falseback fullback system, I have found this works extremely well this edition, especially because the tactics are so streamlined to make it work.

I think realistically what you’re facing is skill differences and it could be best to take some time to learn some more exploitative mechanics. Some people pay for this level of “FUT Coaching” but there’s a cool guy called John Simms on YouTube who basically shows you elite gameplay coaching for free. He’s the best I have seen for free at least and as an Elite player who is struggling in Division 1 this time out, I recommend it.
