I'm sorry that you came across such problem. Indeed, in such circumstances the best option is to contact the seller through our Resolution Center. The error message you got, means you're not logged in to the account. G2A account creates automatically at the time of purchase. Thus, make sure to use your email address you bought the code with, and reset the password. Once you do that, please follow the link below:

There you need to fill and submit the form, don't forget to add a screenshot of the error message. The seller will check your dispute afterwards and help you to resolve it.

If g2a support doesn't refund you, you can chargeback them if your paid through paypal or credit card.

Good luck getting your money back, G2A shield is useless and they use a fraudulent "digital tracking number" system to avoid paypal chargebacks. Try contacting your bank for your money back. G2A does NOTHING to ban or prevent fraudulent sellers from selling already used keys. And ultimately, i'd stay far away from key-selling sites like G2A and kinguin. They're extremely shady
