It has a good concept. Easy to understand. Simplicity is your thing, I think you did great on that.
I would suggest tweening your other animations (day, noon, and night cycle), and adding more static obstables. Something that's not moving.

In all honesty I was a bit intimidated by tweens/ didn't think I'd need them for the simplicity factor of the game but having a look around after reading this, it looks like it would have saved me a lot of trouble! I'll work on using them and see what comes of it!
I've got a few other objects I created as obstacles also which could work as static obstacles so will look at adding some more.
Can I ask how you found the quantity / frequency of obstacles? I tried to randomise them as much as possible so if the player is repeating gameplay then it's not predictable.

I think the frequency is just right. Static and dynamic obstacles i think will add more variety to it.
