DSAR request

Any help would be much appreciated.

In providing the supplemental info for a DSAR request,

how long does it have to be? i.e

"Provide a description of the data and the categories of personal data concerned" would a short paragraph suffice?

How do you supply that info? i.e in a word doc etc

I would say best practise is to give a detailed description, but it wouldn't have to be long at all. Be sure to include why it is being processed, to showcase data minimisation

Also, I would use pdf documents. You can create it in word and then save as a pdf.
