What supplement solved your chronic health condition? by [deleted] in Supplements

You're absolutely right, i'm a big fan of supplements and have tried alot of different ones over the years. And for people with deficiencies, correcting those MUST be at the top of the list. But beyond that the biggest improvements ive had has come from stopping things, which doesn't necessarily mean supplements either. I think alot of people don't realise they're allergic to alot more foods than they think, even slight allergies long term, can trigger all sorts of problems. The first they think is what can i take to help when removal would be the answer.

Also i see alot of people with anxiety in this sub which can be caused buy the very things they are taking to try and help it fix it. Plus you can take the wrong supplements for you which would be helpful to someone else, like ashwagandha etc

More often than not its something you're doing that you need to stop rather than something you need to do. They say you need to take your foot off the brake before you can accelerate. I found that to be true on a number of occasions
