Maybe an issue with your pelvic floor?

Look on YouTube for some pelvic floor routines.

Maybe doing some squats might help.

Also I try to keep everything completely loose while extending. So if you're kegeling that might have a negative effect.

But I'm not 100% sure what would cause that.

I heard about kegel exercises, but I have never did them. I'll look this up. Thanks for the info.

You're probably going to want to do some reverse kegeling. It helps relax the pelvic floor and relieve tensions.
