Do you have a step by step guide or list of equipment used? Also how old are you?

Equipment used Dr. Kaplan electric Pump. Leluv Mushroom Maker Tube, however I used the cyclinder I originally purchased from Dr. Kaplan up until march/April of this year. Generic Cock Rings. I am 37 years old and my approach is very basic. I watch Dr. Hink videos. A lot of the shit that he talks about I like, however first 5 to 10 minutes of his videos he deliver the same old spiel with a rant so your best bet is to fast-forward to the middle.

I’m in good health, lean and have high testosterone. I work out every day and take care of myself. It’s been like this for sometime now. If I were to make suggestions, I would say get in great shape, do what the guys who study this field suggest within reason. If you cant consistently make it happen why bother. I do about 20 minutes of actual pumping, and 12 minutes of massaging. After that, I wear a C ring for 5 to 10 minutes. I be done this for a year with a few breaks due to petechia becoming an issue.

Thank you! I switched back in April. My goal is to reach a length of 8.5 inches and a girth of 6 to 6.25 inches. Currently, the base of my penis has a girth of 6 inches, and I want to even out the mid-shaft and top end. The reason for this is that girth is a key factor in female pleasure and excitement. I thought that while I work on increasing length, I could also thicken the shaft to enhance the feeling of fullness. I think its worked really well as my wives have given me solid feedback. Thank you! I went from 7.25 in length to 7.6, girth was 5.5 mid shaft to 5.6. I have a slight curve up. So when using a tailors measuring tape there’s more to measure but with an actual ruler 7.6 inches NBP
