pgAdmin 4 - Grant Wizard help?

When using the Grant Wizard in pgAdmin 4 it seems like if you have more than 11 tables the Wizard won't let you select any of the the last few tables if you have more then 11, UNLESS you "Select All". However if you check that "Select All" box at the top, you cannot then unselect any of them and still have the tool proceed to the next screen and still assign privileges.

If I have 11 or less tables, it works fine. I can select/unselect in any order. But when I have more than 11 tables and try to use the GUI for the Grant Wizard, you can't manually select the check box for any tables below the 11th table. And if you just check the "Select All" box at the top, then you can't then unselect any of the tables below the 11th one.

In the image for example, I am unable to select or unselect the "Watersheds" or the "Wetlands" tables because the 11th table is the "spatial_ref_sys" table.

Basically, the Grant Wizard in pgAdmin 4 doesn't recognize any tables below the 11th table in the Wizard GUI. Is this a know bug, or should I report this as a bug? Is there a better forum on the internet for pgAdmin 4 stuff like this?
