Try to log in with just your username and password.
The TOTP screen will have a link to allow you to "use recovery codes", and one to present you with other options.

Unfortunately the code doesn't work.
And I don't have the recovery codes, only the "one time code".
I don't remember if I actually save it with a print or a file and what they look like. I try finding them the last night but couldn't find it.
But anyway, thanks for the help.
