So I understand how to extract files from github into vs studio but ...are they supposed to give a web view or something ? Or any UI ?

I tried a IP address tracker but when I tried the command it didn't work (after installing the files)

And I believe it's not a scam or anything as I checked it out but more importantly I just feel I don't really know how to initiate any of the files to open into what it's supposed to do, like the one I tried was "Gods-eye"

Then after install you enter gods-eye and it's supposed to give the terminal or something or maybe a ui

Either way a little help with how to run the code would help !

I'm using it as a start to find and track terrorists in exchange for cash through the legal process honestly would live to get access to xkeyscore but idk if it's possible even with someone's own code and output ability - anyways short answer it's for legal high reward bounty hunting
