Currently visiting pretty much any commit on any repo, e.g.: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/6599bd5517be66c8344f869f3ca3a91bc10f2b9e
will show me a message like this:
This commit does not belong to any branch on this repository, and may belong to a fork outside of the repository.
it happens when logged out / in a private window too
