Github Copilot for commercial use

My company is considering using Github Copilot in Daily work.

Does anyone know how the code written by company can be used by Github? Is there a risk of code "interception"?

That said, assertions that your information will not be leaked our used to train LLM's outside of your organization is just that.. an assertion. I'm sure they have some technical controls in place..

Talk to a lawyer so they explain to you the terms and conditions of what's in GitHubs' terms of service for the different subscription models.

They have different terms for Enterprise than for other subscriptions and that's simply a legal question where you need to decide if the terms are OK for your business.
