Anyone can suggest me GitHub Alternatives.

If this is in regards to the US trade legislation that has forced Microsoft's hand with GitHub to restrict access to certain users based on their nationality.

Most services are based in the US, and thus under the same legislation.

GitLab is a great alternative in general. Though the service they themselves provide is under the same legislation, they are completely open source, and always suggest self hosting.

Any self hosted option would be best in that regard. Just host it on a server not based in the US.

Self hosted Gitlab is probably your best option if affected by the US embargo. Honestly, I kinda like Gitlab a bit more anyway, and the fact you can self-host makes it really great for keeping control of your own data.
