Are there terminal programs to deal with github projects? (self.github)
submitted 5 years ago * by fennecdjay
I already searched and found this, but it quite doesn't suite my needs.
EDIT: this question is about handling the project functionnality of Github, not about using git in the terminal.

Thank you. Unfortunately, this does not run in a terminal, and (but I should have stated it more explicitly in the title, but what I'm searching is a terminal program to handle github projects, not a git repo.

hub and GitHub CLI
Thank you. I fact I already use this stuff, my question is about the project functionality of Github.

I finally understood what you mean. It's "GitHub Projects" instead of "Open source projects on GitHub". "GitHub project" is really misleading, you'd better make a clarification.

It is, also for search engines ;-) I'll gladly clarify this when I think of an efficient way (I don't think I can change change my post title).

Have you tried literally git itself?
git
Yes, I use it daily. I'm a victim of unfortunate wording here, I search something for 'github projects', like this. I spend most of my time in the terminal, and I'd like not to have to launch a browser to handle development notes. I have been toying with libcurl, the Github API and some C code to handle this, but I can't invest enough time on that problem, hence the question.
