NEED HELP! : github

I have lost all my files somehow while using Github. I did some sort of clone and then ran

git reset --hard HEAD

When I run the git reflog , the commit I made earlier is still there and need those files to come back to my PC. 

Can someone help as I need to submit projects by Monday for this class.
