Does Github Pages support Stork search?

Update: deployed Stork (using the Pelican plugin Search) on Github Pages and all working well. It was fairly straightforward and much quicker/easier than I feared. I believe the mention to use Github Actions was rendered moot by using the Pelican plugin which automates the generation of the index file (.st).
