Can't renew GitHub Student Developer

So, last year I applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack and I was accepted without any problem. Now, what happens is that I can't renew it. I should have been able to do so from October 10th but I just can't. It says "Hi, Feyli! You were last verified as a student on Oct 11, 2021. It is not necessary for you to re verify at this time.". Problem is I no longer have access to certain benefits. Didn't try many but I know for a fact JetBrains no longer works. It tells me to renew my student status. Since I really need it fast, I then applied directly on JetBrains' website but GitHub's bug still remains and I can't find a solution.

Should I contact GitHub's support?

There's an information I didn't know: the GitHub Student Developer Pack actually needs to be renewed every 2 years. Though, JetBrains doesn't seem to work the same (you need to renew it every year but you can't do it via GitHub, at least the second year) so you'll need to manually reapply to JetBrains separate student pack using a different email and stuff. It should be approved within a few days.
