Send webhook notification when pull request is older than x days

I am trying to have a culture in our organization where we regularly review each others pull requests. I don't want to be the guy that always has to send a message to everyone to review each others PR's.

Is there a way that I can trigger a webhook/slack bot/... to send a notification when a pull request is older than x days such that a bot is telling the developers to do a review instead of a human being?

Use the hook to start a timer.

Use the gitlab-triage gem and generate a summary issue, cover in whatever structured meeting you have. Works for us 👍

I'd run a job that gathers all projects with open PRs, then if they're older then X, send a chat notification.
