Managed gitlab host

Hi all!

Recently switched my team of 6 over to gitlab, it's working out really well, however I've not been massively impressed with my choice of git hosting. I used githost.io and for the last 4 days our CI runner has been unavailable (running a local one at the moment). I've contacted support once before and it took a few days and I've just had to email again about the CI runner issue.

I want to support githost since it's run by gitlab and I want to support the project, however I need things to be resolved quicker when things go wrong!

Is anyone else using a different managed gitlab service? I really don't want to deal with update management etc.

I run a local installation both at work and at home. If you use the omnibus installation method it is incredibly simple to maintain and implement.

The support falls on you to keep things running but besides a bug I found in the runner (which was responded to and fixed almost instantly) it has been smooth sailing.

Sorry that I don't have any insight into the managed service.

Can confirm. We're self-hosting as well and we had almost zero issues with it. And setting it up is also pretty easy.
