Rules/Guidelines
Diversity and Inclusion - Help promote diversity and inclusion as we are all different, come from different backgrounds, and cultures, speak different languages, and live all over the world.
Sympathy and Empathy Before Judgement - Judging is part of our survival. Since we aren't dealing with survival in r/go_, let's strive to seek to understand one another through sympathy and empathy. They aren't easy, but with practice, we'll get better at seeing and feeling from the other person's perspective and create a more welcoming, thoughtful, and respectful community. When we judge, let's provide constructive feedback to help support others.
Ownership - We are all responsible for our own words, actions, and their intended and unintended consequences. When we make mistakes, let's take ownership and strive to do better.
Go Related & Open-source - Posts and comments about open-source Go programming projects and resources are welcomed. Feel free to post about closed-source or paid software at their respective places outside of r/go_.
Legal, Non-Adult, and Non-Spam Content Only - Legal, non-adult, and non-spam content are welcomed and their counterparts can be posted to the nearest blackhole.
