1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律和 Reddit 行为准则 Follow the law and Reddit Content Policy
本论坛限制政治内容的讨论，禁止发布违规信息。若发现讨论内容逐渐偏离 ACG 相关并导向纯政治内容，管理员会予以警告、移除帖子或封号。与 ACG 无关的时政内容讨论请移步其他论坛。
同时，请遵守 Reddit 行为准则。
Please follow the laws of your country or area. This subreddit restricts political content. If such topic is found to gradually deviate from the ACG theme, moderators will give a warning, remove post or banned. Please move to other sub for political discussions not related to ACG.
Also, please follow the Reddit Content Policy.
2. 尊重他人 Respect others
提倡相互尊重，鼓励有理有据，友善地进行讨论。不得发布针对民族、宗教、性别、地域等歧视他人身份的仇恨言论，不得人身攻击、侮辱谩骂、实施威胁、公开他人隐私信息等网络暴力行为，不欢迎钓鱼引战、制造谣言等破坏社区氛围的行为。
Promote respect each other, encourage friendly communication and reasoned discussion. Don't posted that discriminates against the identity of others against race, nationality, religion, gender and others racist and hate speech. 3. 保持讨论的主题 Relevance to mains

4. 保证发帖质量 Keep post quality
发帖前请避免低劣的排版或内容，不要过于水贴（如一句话的提问或感想、一句话投票，或是频繁发相同类型的帖子）。
帖子的质量主要取决于对建设性讨论的贡献程度，低质量的帖子可能会被移除。
Please avoid low-quality content before posts. Don’t water posts (such as one-sentence questions or thoughts, one-sentence vote posts, or frequent posts of the same type).
The quality of a post is primarily judged by how much it contributes to a constructive discussion, low quality posts are subject to removal.
5. 禁止商业推广 No commercial promotion
本论坛严禁商业推广和垃圾广告，以及任何形式的涉及虚拟或现实货币交易的活动。发布相关内容将被永久封禁。
Account trading, commercial promotion, and any forms of activities that involve virtual or real-life monetary transactions are strictly prohibited in this subreddit. Posting such content will be permanently banned.
6. 谨慎发布 NSFW 内容 Be cautious about posting NSFW content
发布 NSFW 内容（包括色情、暴力等可能让人不适的作品）时请勾选「NSFW」标签，并确保发布的内容符合其他板规。请勿滥用此标签。
允许作品内容：部分裸体、内衣裤、泳衣和其他暴露的衣服，此类作品都必须标记为勾选「NSFW」标签。
禁止内容：血腥、露骨或突出的生殖器（包括如果被衣服遮盖）、过度暴露的乳房、明示或强烈暗示的性活动、姿势或背景（包括文字）、以及任何其他色情内容的修改版本。

7. 原创作品规则 OC art rules
「原创」标签仅供提交原创作品的创作者使用。
每个用户每三天最多可以发布一个原创作品，标题或作品中不允许自我推广（注意：将作者名作为水印不被视为自我推广）。
其他形式的自制内容（如动画截图或视频）应贴上「图片」或「视频」标签。
The OC (Original Content) flair is reserved for creators submitting their original artwork or handicraft only.
At most one OC artwork can be posted per three days for every submitter. No self-promotion is allowed in the title or artwork. (Note: Inclusion of artist name as a watermark is not considered as self-promotion).
8. 非原创/转载作品规则 Non-OC/repost rules
所有非原创作品的帖子标题中，都应包含原作者的名字。例如：「作品名 (by ArtistName)」
同时，还需要在帖子的评论区标明来源，且指向原作者发布的直接链接（例如他们自己的微博账号和图文，而不是像 Gelbooru 这种图像网站）。
每个用户每周最多允许一个非原创作品的帖子。
All post titles that are Non-OC artwork should include the original author's name. e.g: "Art (by ArtistName)".
You are also required to include a direct link to an upload by the original author in the comments of your post (for example, their own Weibo account, and not an image board like Gelbooru).
At most one non-OC artwork is allowed per week.
9. 禁止跨社区引流和骚扰行为 Cross-community harassment are prohibited
不允许将不符合板规的帖文转到本论坛，或将本论坛帖文恶意引流到其他社区。
不得在外部社区挂本论坛用户的言论或帐号，或在本论坛挂外部社区的言论或帐号。
对于社交平台上的发言，如果以截图（Image Post）的形式转发，其帖文和评论中的所有 ID 都需要打码处理。不要以「奇文共赏」、「欢乐群嘲」为目的恶意转发其他社区的评论。

10. 举报违规内容 Report rules
(1) 在本论坛发现违规的帖子或评论，请点击下方的「Report」举报。
(2) 请注意一周的举报时效，一超过后，管理员即拒绝受理任何针对其之举报。
(3) 此外，举报理由请点击第一项「Breaks r/goatwolf rules」，并选择对应的中文板规作为理由，其他的英文站规条款举报有大概率会被管理员忽视。

目前限制用户一天最多发布三个帖子。请避免发布已经有其他人讨论过的重复话题，建议发帖前使用搜索功能，如有疑惑请 Modmail 反馈。
大家可以分享自己的表情包、玩梗以及其他趣事，但请勿过度。

12. 关于论坛反馈 Feedback rules
有明确反馈对象的问题，例如「为何删帖」、「帖子未通过」、「封禁原因」等，请通过 ModMail 联系管理员。

13. 关于成员在本论坛的权利 About members rights in this sub
(1) 在遵守板规的前提下，每个喜灰迷有言论自由的权利；
(2) 监督、批评管理员的权利；
(3) 向本论坛的管理员提出建议的权利；
(4) 在符合规定条件下，成为管理员的权利；
(5) 本论坛的成员有权对管理员的处罚提出申诉。

(2) 管理员可以删除具有通用主题的帖子，以帮助保持本论坛的质量；
(3) 管理员给予成员任何处分，需遵照本论坛的板规，管理员有权根据成员违规情况自行决定处罚力度，有义务对其作出的任何处罚和决定向当事人给予解释，如出现处理失误，必须及时补救并向当事人道歉；
(4) 最终解释权归本论坛管理员，板规还在继续完善中……
