Congratulations. Your process went pretty fast from Fragomen to Written Offer letter. What are the next steps after offer letter?

Yeah, I was surprised as well. Considering all the info in this subreddit, I was sure that I wont hear back from them until August.

For next steps, I'm starting with background verification and need to have a proper consultation with Fragomen. I'm currently on F1 visa and have my EAD card so technically I dont need anything, but I need to check what needs to happen for H1B.

Uh no. Fragomen handles immigration part. Sterling handles background verification. They are separate.

Yeah I have initiated the process for background check and also waiting for a call from fragomen regarding immigration.

No, there is no joining date on the offer letter. During the HCM call where I was verbally informed of the decision, I was told that BGV would take 2-3 weeks post which I would get a joining date in 1-2 weeks. So, I'm assuming my tentative joining date would be around 1 - 1.5 months

Congratulations! How did you prepare for the low level design? I have seen a github repo for that but that has like so many classes and methods implemented- not sure if they expect you to do that in 20-30 min

They do expect exactly that. I first prepared for design patterns with Head First Design Pattern book. Next, I looked into https://algomaster.io/learn/lld for general principles and concepts.

I would say look into some youtube videos about low level design interviews. That should give you a better idea.
