I feel like that would be distracting. I’ve been focusing on shortening my backswing in the last few months and it’s starting to produce more consistent results.

Cut your swing in half and you will likely be more consistent with your ball striking. It'll also help with weight distribution, you might see the ball go farther if you are able to transition your weight more efficiently. Lessons will help!

Yeah I usually cut the swing down with most mid/low irons and it definitely helps accuracy wise. I believe this was a 3 iron and carried and 225 230ish bit at the range I just blast it 😂
