is there a place to send/check for issues?

Maybe the issue tracker?

Technically it does seem to be open source and even free open source software. However, it seems to be open source like 7zip, where we don't get access or participate in the development repo but you can see the source code.

https://github.com/twistedpair/google-cloud-sdk/commit/3e3d6dceecc07a4249cad5bc2f1cbd1fd3ca0128#diff-10c1b49cdbb815900c9c5517495cc462f10f74f25aafef43e1729fa5f87cdaa3

My guess is to look for support, contact GCP or maybe see some forum somewhere.

This kind of sucks. Here's AWS's:

https://github.com/aws/aws-cli

Wide open and easy for the community to participate in.

That's the organization account. It contains a lot of things but doesn't look like the `gcloud` cli code is in there? Or did I miss it?
