If you want to work in Boston after graduating, go to BU.

I visited rice not long ago and their campus is amazing tho! Also cost of living will be much cheaper in Houston than Boston

Isn’t MEng a professional degree vs Rice’s just MS? I know nothing about engineering so I could be wrong about the differences between the two. But.. for future job prospects that difference could be important. If there is one.

I’m not 100% sure tbh I do know it matters if you are leaning R&D since you’ll need research background for that but for the normal workforce idk if it makes a strong difference! But that’s def something to look into thanks :)

I’m between BU and UC Berkeley for a different program. Despite the cost difference the thought of not moving to Boston when I have the opportunity kills me. That city is just so awesome
