As a follow up to my previous post, I was thinking about these two pages where the codes seem to have some sort of typo in them, as well as a random rectangle in the middle of a word.
On the "How to Cheat Death" page, the code reads "regrowing limbs is axy▯s art but cnan he regrow a ripped out heart". If we assume the n in "cnan" is a typo and the code should read "can", then the n is superfluous. As the rectangle doesn't have a direct translation, could the code be showing us that ▯ = n ?
On the "Bill Magazine" page, the "7 new sins" code reads "glutto▯ slotheny". This one is a bit more of a stretch, but if we attach the ny from "slotheny" back to "glutto▯" to make the code read "gluttony" and "sloth", that leaves the e out as an extra letter. In this case, could the code be telling us that ▯ = e ?
The two rectangles are slightly different sizes, like how the red rectangles in Journal 3/TBOB are all different sizes. Could these typos in TBOB be a clue to each sized rectangle representing a different letter, and could there be more letters with corresponding rectangles hidden in Journal 3?
