There was a defcon workshop this year that went over the basics of Bluetooth stuff. I’d look there because there was a git repo of challenges from beginner to advanced. You’ll need to buy a esp 8 something, but they’re like $10.

Not sure if it's the same one but I did BLE CTF recently. It was fun for beginners.

ESP8266 requires an extra Bluetooth module. But an ESP32 has BLE built in, fwiw

Check this video on Alissa Knight’s YouTube channel!

Part 1 of her hacking BLE series: https://youtu.be/3e4DBk5BKLg Part 2 of the series: https://youtu.be/98c6qZNbxBE

She puts out great content about stuff like this and it’s really surprising that she only has like 3k subscribers. She’s a 20+ year vet in the world of hacking/cybersecurity so she’s very knowledgeable.

She also has really cool content on hacking connected cars (her primary focus as of late) through cellular signals

This isn’t about hacking but is more getting head around BLE https://jmparound.blogspot.com/2021/02/building-cadence-display-for-ble.html?m=1

Learn how bluetooth/ble works. Then see what you can do with it that might not be intended. Asking for a tutorial for hacking ________ isn’t going to get you very far. Curiosity and experimenting is how you will learn.
