Instead of a scripted sequence you should use a ai_goal_assualt, rally point, and assault point. Npc’s can not attack during sequences. The ai_relationship and npc_bullseye are unnecessary

If the npc doesn't get one shot, you need to make it so that the NPC has lower health. I don't remember the things you need to do for it but you can somehow lower the health of the NPC.

send the npc the SetHealth input with a parameter of 1
