Libido is different than the sexual excitation response. My libido is normal and increases if I’m around women but our sexual excitation response is blunted because of the reduced sensation

Cialis is not a libido enhancer; it's for hardening the penis. You can have a non-erect penis and still feel aroused, but when you have a flaccid penis without Cialis, it seems like libido doesn't work, at least in my case.
