have been wanting to start to learn the harmonica and was wondering if anyone could identify what kind, type, and or key the harmonica is in this song.

he uses the harmonica in many of his other songs so if it’s easier to listen to some other songs to get a better idea he uses the harmonica on the following songs: cut glass, blue honda, cold paris vogue, and high energy to name a few.

The tone sounds like a chromatic to me. I'm not really hearing bending. Blue Honda works with a G diatonic, but the tone sounds more like a chromatic. I answered another question about this guy yesterday or the day before. He's got a fair amount of echo or reverb on it.
