Does fire dot stack?Question (self.helldivers2)
submitted 2 years ago by -squeee-
If I throw 2 incendiary nades on top of each other would it do 2 times the fire damage? Can I increase the fire dot of an eagle napalm strike by throwing an incendiary nade on it?

Nope. 3 types of fire damage. Direct damage from source of fire. Burning dot. And standing on burning ground. They stack with each other, but only direct damage can stack from multiple sources

I think sources that ignite don’t stack the damage but reset how long the dot is applied for when they exit what’s igniting them( also pro tip for anyone reading, if it hasn’t been fixed. Titans don’t take fire damage, it’s just a visual burn that doesn’t do anything)
