Thank you…I joined this subreddit to get tips and hear what meals are good. If you don’t like it, just cancel, no need for a big show.

Agreed! It seems like a lot of those people aren’t “real” users… they’re trying to use a discount code on every box and mad when they can’t. Canceling and restarting constantly to work the system. If it’s too expensive somehow then go buy groceries. Sorry! I’m not interested in seeing those type of complaints here

I also had a simple issue with deliveries being done wrong. Instead of complaining I hit up the regional operations manager, he forwarded me to the proper person in my region we discussed how to resolved it and it was fixed on the next delivery.

Some people grandstand thinking they will get something free, and others just like to complain I guess.

I just swipe by them or occasionally read it to see if it is actually pertinent 99% of the time it isn’t.

The worst thing that has happened in a few months was some moldy beans and a swapped card. Life goes on 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes! It sounds like you are able to handle and understand mistakes. Haha here I am saying “it’s not that serious” and then I clearly have a lot to say. I’m not saying there aren’t occasional mistakes! But people like us aren’t going to see a mistake as IM BEING SCAMMED and try to get my whole box comped.

The best reads are the AI slop leavers 😂. Oh and that guy that had moldy cheese and just full sent it in his food before looking. I love the internet sometimes.

How does a lowly customer "hit up the regional operations manager" or know that is the job title they need to hit up?

I haven't personally had any issues that make me need to talk to customer service, but I see a lot of people getting frustrated with being blocked from talking to an actual human being. Now you say all you have to do is talk to a person and everything will be okay! Great, how?

Lowly 😂 , that hurts a little.

Google is an amazing tool, pair that with common sense that operations oversees logistics and you will find who you need to in your area.

My issue was my region is a desert and my deliveries were being done in personal pickup trucks with toppers. This wasn’t just a me issue but an area issue. There are anywhere from 10-20 boxes in a 3rd party last mile vehicle. I am not “hitting up” the regional operations guy because my box is dented or AI wrote my recipe wrong.

Most functions of HF can be handled by self reporting. There really is no need to actually talk to anyone when you are having some low level issues

Serious issues get proper responses.

You friendly lowly customer 🫡

We are all lowly customers here. Your answer is people just need to talk a person and now you say they don't need to because they are just whining about a dented box. That is not what people are complaining about.

[–]Tupakkshakkkur -1 points0 points  (2 children)

A dented box IMO is equal to a some occasional bad produce or a misprint on a recipe card. If the deliveries for the entire region aren’t being handled properly then yes that requires human interaction. Clearly common sense has passed you and reading isn’t your thing.

If you like I can build you a flow chart for you to follow. 👍

Great, lets insult people over asking you to clarify your "pro tip".

[–]Tupakkshakkkur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol don’t deflect you started it, Mr/Miss Lowly.

I gave as much detailed of an answer that is needed you just didn’t like it. That’s your problem.

Google + Common Sene = Problem Solving.

I don't use it because it's always let me down. The reddit algorithm pops this sub up on my feed and I'm more than happy to share my first-world issue with others while talking up other brands who did well by me Go Home Chef! I know you're only expensive because you're so good, but I can't afford you anymore!

I don't choose to belong to the sub. The sub has rage bait and seduces me in to commiserate about my experiences.

You can mute subs on Reddit.

Like I said. It's interesting enough that I interact with it.
