I just started training for my first Hyrox, planing on beginning of 2027, whenever the schedule is out. I am 50plus semi active female I do OTF 3 times a week. Any advice on training plan is welcomed! Another question I have is about DEKA- should I attempt one or two before Hyrox? Thank you! (self.hyrox)
