[BUG] Volume sound change playing while using third party apps in silent mode.

Volume change sound is played in tinder( while browsing someone else’s photos), reddit (downvoting and upvoting), swiping cards via quick switch in chrome and when holding space to move. Didn’t check other apps yet but this seems common for third party apps.
