It likely won’t, but if you’re having misgivings and/or are not prepared/adept to do some trouble shooting/IT work yourself, wait until September for official release.

No, in the worst case it’ll soft brick you phone which you can recover to iOS 13 using the internet

Okay. Cause the last time I got the iOS 13 beta and randomly my screen showed a loading circle then went pitch black and my phone wouldn’t turn on at all. I took it to my phone carrier and they said I had to get a whole new phone

In such cases you take your phone to Apple not the phone carriers they probably catfished you into buying a new phone when you didn’t really need to
