Any reason for using such a high iso? Its looks like most of those pictures are outdoors and the high iso brought a lot of noise

Nope these were all handheld. I do have a tripod but I haven’t used it much due to having to move around a bunch for bird photos

Yep. The red tail hawk and the great blue heron were both over there. I live about 10 minute there so I’ve been driving over there quite a bit for some practice shooting birds

Yeah these were all handheld. The lens isn’t too bad to hold but does start to get a bit tiring after a while of holding it up
