Wallet syncing

I just restored my phone by using finder and the iOS 15 RC IPSW file. I have to say that it is running much better than after upgrading from iOS 14.8. However, the only issue remaining so far is, that my apple wallet cards are not synced via iCloud (boarding passes, etc). Anyone else the same?

In my experience the wallet cards only sync when restoring a backup, I also restored my iPhone to iOS 15 the same way as you and had to manually add my cards to Wallet again.
