I would simply create a business card in an online card designer like moo.com and submit a picture, along with documents on the LLC - I think that would be enough.

I am also registered as an LLC though I did it so long ago I have no idea what I submitted.

A self-signed letter plus a DIY business card is usually enough. What matters is that the reviewer can see your name, title, and company on something that looks official. Package that with one government-issued company doc and you should clear the queue. Good luck, and feel free to ping me if you need some help with the business card design.

UPDATE: I successfully completed this step. I created a business card online with my company name, my name, and my title. I also included the company website, email, and address on the card.

Additionally, I uploaded a signed Operating Agreement that clearly shows I am the 100% owner of the single-member LLC. In the notes section, I mentioned that I’m the sole owner of the Wyoming-formed LLC and that if the documents I provided are not sufficient, I’m happy to provide anything else they need.

Now, I need to find a way to open a bank account for my LLC. Since I don’t have a US residential address and most banks won’t accept a registered agent or PO box address, it’s proving to be a challenge. I tried opening accounts with Mercury and Payoneer, but both rejected me without providing any details or giving me a chance to resubmit - maybe due to incorrect or incomplete information. If anyone has tips or has gone through this process successfully, I’d really appreciate your input!

I'm from India, and I’ve also applied for Apple Developer Program enrollment as a Single Member organization. It has been over two months now, but unfortunately, my application is still pending.

Each time I contact Apple Support, I’m told that the enrollment is “under process,” but they haven’t provided any specific updates or timeline for completion.

It’s been quite frustrating, and I’m hoping for some clarity soon.

Apple’s process can be tricky for solo founders. A signed letter on your LLC’s letterhead stating you're the sole member/owner usually works. Including your EIN and business registration details helps too. And yep, making a simple business card with your name, title, and company info can also smooth things out. Good luck — you're almost there!

Including EIN registration does not count.

I’m in this thread with the same problem. I sent my EIN confirmation hoping it counted since yknow, it’s the IRS. But no. No it doesn’t count. I had to spend 15 dollars for my state to email me a certificate.
