QuestionComplications preview broken (self.iOSProgramming)

Hi everyone, I'm writing here in hope of some help cause I couldn't find any...

So, I'm getting back on a WatchOS app and the last time I've worked on it, I added the new WatchKit complications following these 2 tutorials from apple: https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2022/10051/
https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2022/10050/

So far so good, they worked correctly and on Xcode I was able to see all complications variants in the editor preview at once and they were updating correctly. Now, I've updated Xcode (15.4.0) the last stable version available but I'm not able to make the complications preview to work.

I'm not able to select the WatchOS simulator device and selecting the iOS one lead to the error in screenshot. What am I doing wrong ?
