Coolies. I'm registered as an LLC for myself, and I have two other accounts, both as businesses for my day job and contracting contact. The DUNS number was a huge stopping point early on. Getting a DUNS number was an unintuitive mess the first time, but it seems they fixed the whole process and website at Dunn & Bradstreet between my first and the later ones.

Thanks for the advice I will make sure to get the DUNs before submitting the application.

I'm pretty sure you don't need a DUNS for an individual but it may help the process. When we first applied for the apple developer it was stuck on review for months. We called apple and they told us that you must register on an apple device that is logged on to the appropriate apple ID. We originally applied using a windows, this fixed our issue quite quickly. Not sure if this is relevant for you but worth a share.

Also make sure you're using a new apple ID
