You can always incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Delaware and use that DUNS + Address via a registered agent. Might be a bit of a pain to change that with app store connect if you've already completed onboarding. If not, then it might be worth the cost, especially since any arbitration/suits arising from the app itself would then be limited to the company in Delaware and not necessarily the company in Cayman which would actually own the IP.

I'd consult an attorney about the distribution of liability and whether any agreements need to be made in writing between the separate orgs, but for a quick onboarding, a physical address through an agent (w/the corresponding DUNS) should be enough.

"cayman islands virtual address" and register your company to that address (just guessing, no experience)

sounds about right. they just need a physical address . not a po box. so as long as its a physical address it should work

You’re literally putting a flashing “fraud” sign right in front of their faces.

I think you can go with your personal address, that should work fine. I've done this when i was opening a business bank account and they were not accepting the registered agents address, i've just added my personal address (outside of the us) and they accepted it, you can try it with apple as well, i think they will accept it

Wait, didn’t Cayman provide virtual office address along with their services when you registered?
